8 Years of experience with
Drones
I have been delivering hands-on workshops that are designed to be highly interactive and engaging, offering participants the opportunity to learn about drone technology, land surveying and most importantly the role of aerial imagery in research areas like Security, Robotics, Climate Change etc.
My primary focus with these workshops is to promote #dronesforgood in Pakistan and initiate UAV licensing so enthusiasts, specifically women & youngsters consider "Licensed Drone Pilot" as career path.

Joined the team of 2020 National Geographic Explorer ‒ Syeda Amna Hassan to work as Photographer for two early‒career research grant projects by National Geographic Society
- The Human Cost of Glacial Overflow in Northern Pakistan
- The Impact of COVID-19 on Hunting & Poaching of Endangered Species in Pakistan
My contribution was to:
- Record interviews of local communities affected by GLOF (Glacial Lake Outburst Flood) events and government officials in Gilgit‒Baltistan
- Record drone footage of areas not accessible on foot for both the glaciers and endangered animals like Snow Leopard, Himalayan Brown Bear, Ibex, Markhor at temperatures ranging from +43°C in Sindh to ‒16°C in Gilgit.
